TEC offers a unique set of programs, courses, and experiences to students and faculty interested in entrepreneurship. The opportunities are endless—from mentoring to donations, if you want to make an impact on entrepreneurs at Illinois, we can help!

Listed below are opportunities to help support some of our top programs.

Cozad New Venture Competition

Cozad is designed to encourage students to create new businesses. Teams are invited to create a venture around topics of their choice. The competition offers teams assistnce in the form of mentors to help guide them through the phases of venture creation, workshops to help with idea validation, pitching skills, customer development, and more. We also offer courses to enhance their skills and knowledge.

TEC relies on sponsors to give away more than $200,000 in cash and in-kind prizes each year at Cozad. It also takes many mentors and judges to make the program a success. If you're interested in being involved, please contact Stephanie Larson at larson42@illinois.edu.

SocialFuse is a recurring pitching and networking event that brings students, faculty, and community together from a variety of majors and backgrounds and fuses them through skills, ideas, and entrepreneurial ambition. Attendees can pitch their startup ideas, find teammates, improve presentation skills, and get feedback.

Small sponsorship packages help make each SocialFuse a success. If you're interested in sponsoring a portion of SocialFuse, please contact Stephanie Larson at larson42@illinois.edu.
